Disappointment

I am SO disappointed. I was so good last week. I tracked every day. I ate right. I exercised. I...gained weight?!? WTF? I gained 0.2. It's not much, but it's still a gain. And I STILL haven't reached my 10%. I know I can't quit, but it's hard knowing I'm so close but feeling like I'm getting nowhere. I need to stay committed. Or maybe I need to BE committed. I'm not sure it would help, but it certainly couldn't hurt.
