Small victories

Ok so I didn't lose any weight last week, but I didn't gain any either. And I feel like I'm off to a good start this week. Yesterday I managed to stay 5 points under my goal for the whole day. I also got in ALL my water (64 ounces), which may very well explain why I was peeing constantly all night!

It's 9 o'clock and I still have 5 points left today. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there's not some microwave popcorn in my future, but that's only 2 points. Today I've gotten in all my fruits & veggies (8 1 cup servings), both of my dairy (2 servings) and 6 waters so far. I'm not sure if I'll make 8 today. Plus I exercised. So if I don't lose any this week, it's just hopeless!

Oh, I also haven't touched my weekly 'bonus' points for the week yet either. I am so AWESOME! Go me!
